I recently stopped by Meat Mitch at the Kansas City Airport during a layover, and I was pleasantly surprised!

I grabbed the pulled pork sandwich, and every bite was heavenly. The brioche bun was light and fluffy, cradling tender, smoky pork with a delightful crunch from the coleslaw. The tangy BBQ sauce had just the right kick - definitely don’t skip out on Mitch’s Hot BBQ!

The service was impressively quick, perfect for travelers. Can't wait to return for another meal next time I’m flying through! 🍖✈️
