The staff at this location is always so rude.
the person on the headset was disrespectful and did nothing besides interrupt me.
Then i get to the first window i tell the guy working i was paying with apple pay i was smiling trying to be nice and he stuck the card reader out and said “Do you want a receipt and slammed the window shut” then i get to the second window and im still trying to give this person the benefit of the doubt for her to pretty much throw my food in my lap and slam the door shut.
I work in the food industry and i understand it can be quite stressful but never have I ever treated a customer the way i was treated tonight this location is nothing but rude and dirty.

I ordered two triple cheeseburgers no onions and one slice of cheese.
I have an onion allergy so I specifically ask that there would be no onions on my food.
The young lady put special request on the screen so I felt confident.
Not only was there onions on my food they had onions on every patty that they put on my burger.
I could have died but luckily I inspected my food so here we are.

Went through drive through Saturday morning.
I ordered 4 hashbrown's, 4 sandwich's, and hotcakes.
I understand that it will be busy but I ordered at 9:56 and did not receive my order until 10:28.
Also did not get my hotcakes.
When the employee brought the hotcakes it did not have any syrup.
The employee brought the syrup and I asked why it took over 30 mins for me to get my order, he said "We have 1000 customers".
Not even an apology.
I was not rude.
I did not raise my voice.
I did not "ask for the manager".
It's clear this location does not care about customer relations.
