I recently visited the McDonald's on N Ash Ave and had a rather mixed experience. The classic Big Mac was as satisfying as expected, but we had to wait about 15 minutes for our food, which was disheartening.

Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues - sticky floors and dirty seating areas made it less enjoyable. It was disappointing to see the staff seemingly more focused on chatting than on customer service, and my order was wrong.

I hope they take this feedback to heart and improve, as this location has potential! 🍔✨
