Nice McDonald’s.
Prices are higher here than the other locations but the inside is large and has a play place and it’s very modern inside.

The food could have been 5 stars, but I rated 4 stars because I didn't get to enjoy my food since it wasn't as hot after dealing with the terrible service and incompetent staff. When I got home, I noticed I hadn't received my full order, sadly this isn't the first time this has happened at this location but it is closest to my house so I only go because of convenience.
Went back, went inside, and saw all the employees in the kitchen, so I waited.
After a couple minutes, I called out to the employees and couldn't get a single one to help me.
One made eye contact when i stepped to the side of the counter but still did not verbally acknowledge me.
Finally, Jose came over with an attitude, saying, "Move, move," since I was by the opening of the counter and accused me of lying, saying he had already given me my food.
I told him a step by step of the order process (there was a mistake with ny drink while I was there as well) what happened when I arrived at the window, to which "maybe" he realized I didn't get a part of my order.
He finally gave me the missing food, and I was able to leave.
He threw it on the counter, in a very dismissive manner, and walked away without looking at me or saying anything.

I got a quarter pounder with cheese a Big Mac and a order of fries.
Everything was lukewarm almost cold.
I also got an extra pickle on the outside of my box, and the Patty on my Big Mac was halfway off the sandwich.
I hate this McDonald's it must be the worst one in Tucson.
I always have problems here every time I go through here it's a problem.
