Had a stop at carls Jr ,Cashier General manager Alma was very nice to me and my twin brother as well as catered to our needs.She's the one probably I didn't realize was manager, great choice to put her as a manager tho not anyone else😂. Great food

I eat here a couple times a month as I work in the area.The employees are solid with customer service, some being better than others. Nothing about this place is exceptional enough that I would leave a review of my own accord, however, the general manager, Alma B, has made me feel pressured to leave a review. Interestingly enough, she’s the most unpleasant person on staff that I’ve interacted with. A positive attitudinal something I expect from customer service employees, but I’ve never seen this individual smile or behave in a way that can be described as anything but the absolute bare minimum expectation of customer service. Every time I decline rounding up my purchase to the nearest dollar for “charity” she gets a judgemental expression, as if she were personally invested in me paying for her corporate overlords’ tax write off. And that may seem small, but it makes me uncomfortable Today, I sat down to eat and she walked over and put scan sign in front of me and told me that she needed a review. This individual has never made small talk with me, never made me feel welcome in their presence, never even smiled back despite me usually arriving with an cheerful demeanor, and somehow expects me to leave them a positive review? Absurd. Nothing really wrong with this place, but I won’t be coming back in if the manager is present.
