September 17, 2024I recently dined at El Vaquero Coffee & Burrito Co. and I was thoroughly impressed! 🌮 Their carne asada burrito was a revelation - perfectly seasoned with a fluffy corn tortilla that stole the show.
I also enjoyed the crispy hard shell tacos, which paired wonderfully with a refreshing mango drink. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, making it an ideal spot for a quick bite after a hike.
Andres was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only downside was the drive-thru speaker wasn't working, but the service more than made up for it! I can't wait to return for more delicious food. 🍽️
