I was really rooting for this place even after getting my order wrong numerous times the staff is usually super nice but after finding this bug in my fries I can’t not complain.
Please do better this is disgusting.

It's a high traffic area, tables need to be cleaned, floors, counters.
Need napkins, and straws available.
The Manager was a little too laid back, not getting things done faster.
Chaos in the back.
Some customers were waiting for more than 25 minutes for their orders.
Might want to work on that.

Ordered a double quarter pounder and it was COLD.
The top patty was just thrown on an already made single burger, and the top patty was cold to the touch and very dry.
The fries were also cold, stale and soggy.
This is literally the worst mcdonalds in el paso.
I shouldve just taken the wrong order they were gonna give me first.
