I have ordered ahead and scheduled delivery for this evening, February 21, 2024.However, my order did not arrive until an hour later, it was overcooked and dry, the pizza was cold to the touch upon touching.The app is unable to enable me to report any issues, hence I am considering leaving a negative review.
Do NOT order from this dominos, this is the second time i had to receive a refund because my order didn’t show up.I called the order in at 9:40pm and received a automated message at 10:15pm saying the food was almost here.Then i called at 10:40 because my food still wasn’t delivered and the guy tried to make excuses and said the driver is in my neighborhood almost there.I waited all the way til 11:20pm and called in to get a refund and the guy said the driver delivered the pizza outside the door.They left my pizza on the floor in the hallway without knocking or ringing the doorbell.Pizza was cold and looked fondled with!
Delivery time was great....but the quality sucks.The Manager of this store should do better, with quality control, whoever made there pizza needs more training...this store can do better.If you're under staffed hire more people for the Friday evening shift.TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUSLY
