Church's Texas Chicken

I went through the drive through and asked for a spicy 5 piece tender meal...
the young lady ask me if I want a #3 or #4 the difference being the amount of tenders which I already stated.
Red flag #1.
I go through the order and get to the window.
I apologize and ask if she can add 5 jalapeños She says you can get an order of 4 or 8.
Confused I say 4.
She charged me for jalapeños bombers.
Red flag #2.
I look in the box and see not the 5 chicken tender pieces I paid for but only 3.
Red flag #3. DONT LEAVE THE GATEWAY NORTH LOCATION EPTX WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER! (Not every shift is that off.....
but still.) I couldn't tell if my peach cobler was a mash and gravy or gravy.
I asked for an extra jalapeños since the jalapeños I wanted were cheaper than the bombers I was charged for and gave back...
They at least gave me 1 more with an extra bag containing the 2 spicy tenders I was missing.
The staff looked no older than 16 all around.
I didn't feel comfortable expressing my displeasure cause they were all children who didn't give a care about customer service or any human emotion.
It's 105°outside and I'm having to turn around and have you fix the only order you had.
They were not rude but full of flaws and emotionless at best describes the transaction.
The fries could have been better prepared but the chicken, mash, gravy, cobler and biscuit was slappin.

Place is closed and when open has Great chicken only problem when you pay extra for a chicken breast they cut the brest in 3 peices and you only get one 1/4 of the chicken breast but they charge you for a full breast that's why we go to KFC full size breast.
But not same taste as churches Texas chicken.
So get with it give us a full breast that's what we are paying for.

When I drive up to order, I asked if I could have more time to look at the menu.
She told me that they were closing soon.
Very rude! The workers had masks on but no gloves while handling the food.
A very different experience from other restaurants.
The person that took my payment also scooped my fries! Disgusting! When I got home and started to eat I noticed some of the breading on my tenders was mushy like it had somehow gotten wet! Yuck! The chicken was beyond dry and had a weird rubbery texture.
I'll never eat there again!!!
