Very bad customer service.
Buy one get one for a dollar.
They will not give it to you automatically, remember to tell them upfront.

I have been going to this McDonalds for 6 years I hadn’t have a problem until today I always ask for two packets of BBQ Sauce in my order and paid it and it said on the receipt.
When they hand my order they were missing the BBQ sauces and I ask nicely about it the employee was very rude and gave it to me and said that the BBQ sauces were only for the chicken mcnuggets I told her that I have paid for it and the receipt said it she ignored him and left with attitude I think her name Sherlyn .
While other McDonalds don’t say the same thing about BBQ Sauces like her.

Typical Mcdonalds experience when it comes to customer service and food.
A walks of life come into this location, with the occasional “bad actor”, like drug addicts and aggressive pan handlers This is the closest mcdonalds to my home, so I do find myself getting cheap coffee here, with the occasional free cheeseburger or other deals via the app. Fast service for what it’s worth; relatively friendly service for a fast food restaurant.
