Dumpling restaurant, Dim sum restaurant
Tried them at the Fort Mason Farmers Market. They seem to sell out quick on certain flavors, or decide per customer if a flavor is available (for example, I asked for the cabbage/pork and they said a 10 minute wait, but then the next customer asked for the same and they insisted they were just sold out). I also tried the Green Onion Pancake.Overall both were good but not the best dumplings I've had, DESPITE my being VERY impressed they were using fresh dough and stuffing them in person and cooking them. They certainly were very fresh! Biggest issue was they were very oily.
I tried them today at Fort Mason, 5 dumplings for $11.I ate one and the rest went to the trash, the dumplings were greasy and had no flavor, the dough and filling had absolutely no spices, flavorless. The sauce is a bottled sweet and sour, I was very disappointed with the whole thing.
Yummy vegetarian (perhaps) vegan dumplings.I enjoyed them at the Fort Mason Farmer's market. They are reasonably priced at 9 dollars per order.I paired the dumplings with fresh orange juice bought from the farmer's market @ $4.It was a perfect meal for $15 with a small tip! The ladies are friendly and hard-working! I would definitely go back.
