I made my order and expected three fries for meals and separately.
I expected a small fry on the drive-through.
I asked why did I get only three fries if there was supposed to be four orders of fries the guy told me they ran out of the small size boxes for the french fries so therefore they gave me a large fry, but the purpose was.
I had three meals with french fries and separately.
I ordered a small fries they did not give me my small fries before ordering I asked if the ice cream machine was working because we wanted McFlurry they said it was not working.
Unfortunately it was out of order while we were waiting on the drive-through to get our order.
What is two people come out the inside with a sundae I thought the ice cream machine was not working so I guess that’s fine.
I asked if I could get a caramel frappe and he said the machine wasn’t working they switch their hours to 24 hours and seven days a week.
The summer is around the corner and the ice cream machine is not working and the caramel frappe machine is also not working, millions of customers they get they can fix their machines and buy a carton boxes for each french fries and if not just give everybody large for the french fries.
I will have to cut down on McDonald’s from this location.
Unfortunately I dislike that I ordered about Four orders of fries and only three and I asked and then he still did it so it’s OK Customer and I know they don’t care because they get more every day.
I will just buy next-door at the Dunkin’ Donuts.
They never Mess up my order at least not yet

Went there today (Christmas Eve) ordered a #6, and a #7.
Had to wait almost 20 minutes.
While sitting in the drive thru I noticed they were more focused on those BOX meals, and Door dash.
I finally received my food, and fries were cold, and to make matters worse there was a long hair in fries.
I went inside to exchange them.
The manager took them and threw them in the trash but never said anything to anyone about replacing them.
I had to ask someone after standing there for about 3 minutes.
It was clear that it was her hair.
She was the only one who had long hair.
I'm pretty sure dress code requires hair to be pulled back, and or in a hair net.
I have never had a good experience when visiting this location since their grand opening.
Whoever is running or owns thus location should truly consider retraining the entire staff, and or firing them one by one.

Ordered on my McDonalds App.
Waited 27 minutes for my order.
13 people in line and it took 20 minutes before any staff member took one order.
The manager just before I finished my meal yelling: “sorry, we are short staffed today; again we are sorry.
All orders will be at least a 20 minute wait”.
While I was waiting for my food 2 people came in to complain about cold food and someone else complained that he has been in line for 25 minutes and no one has even taken his order.
