We didn’t enjoy our food at all… we got 3 meals, all of the fries tasted like it was cooked in old as grease & they wasn’t hot.
Not to mention for them to take forever to give us our food in drive through, the burgers wasn’t hot either.
This store needs to do better.

If I could give this store half a star I would.
The only thing they did correctly was immediately respond when you mention the phrase "we want a refund".
I was in the area on vacation last week and my son was not happy when he didn't get his nuggets TWICE even after asking for fresh and hot food.
So we got to the drive thru around 10pm the attendant said it was "cash only" so we assumed credit card system wasn't working and we happened to have cash to pay.
Boy was I wrong and now know to leave next time this happens.
Our car pool ordered 3 simple meals.
We waited to the side for 15 minutes just to get bags that weren't even warm! After we asked for a refund they said "we don't give refunds" so we just told them if we could just get a redo on our order and not cold food thats all we really wanted at this point.
So we got our redo on our order and just drove off.
We told them a total of 4 times what our order was and they missed the nuggets both times, a chicken sandwich was also missing and there were no napkins, straws, spoons, etc in the bag.
Thankfully our hotel had all that.
I have never experienced this EVER in my life and I thought the fast food chains in my area were bad this store says "hold my beer".
Hopefully the McDonald's across the street isn't as bad.

Will not go back, If I could give it 0 starts I would.
I do not normally give negative reviews because I know people can have off days but today was ridiculous.
Ordered thru the app, went in to pick up only to be told they were out of half my order.
Did not have the soda type or tea needed.
Did not have the cheese sauce or baked potatoes.
So I said just cancel my order and was told they could not do that I had to do it thru the app.
Found no where on the app to cancel.
They had already made part of the food and it was cold because of them telling me what they did not have.
Did not offer to refund me the difference when I suggested replacing with a cheaper meal.
Why let me order thru the app if you do not have the stuff available.
MOD seemed to not care so I will be calling corporate or whatever number I have to.
I still have to leave with out my food because they could not complete my order as was placed on the app.
