The staff was incredibly friendly, bringing a warmth to this casual fast-food spot. I enjoyed their caramel frappé - definitely one of the best I've had! ☕
The drive-through was quick, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible features, making it convenient for everyone.
While I did experience some issues with my mobile order, the manager promptly reached out to resolve it, which showed great customer service. I might just give it another chance... 😊
