I recently visited Church's Texas Chicken in Charlotte before heading back to Virginia, and I must say, the experience left me both satisfied and a bit concerned.

I ordered the $30 Family Bundle, excited for the delicious honey butter biscuits and okra. While Kendall, the manager, was super friendly and even offered me fresh okra when they were out, I was disappointed to find the biscuits missing from my order.

The chicken was crispy and flavorful, a true delight for fast food! However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, with a dirty kitchen and trash around the parking lot.

The service was excellent, but I hope they focus on improving the overall environment soon! 🍗
