Located at 3232 S IL-59 Naperville, IL 60564 United States McDonald's, I bought takeout, but because my daughter was hungry I chose to stay in the store to eat.
I chose three tables but they were all not cleaned.
When I chose the fourth table, I was helpless.
I had to clean it myself and sit down with my children to eat.
This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen.
It really makes me sick.
There are food residues and flies on the table, and there are ants crawling on the ground.
The fries also were not fresh.
It's really bad.
I believe my pictures can prove everything.
I also took a video of the ants moving on the ground, but it doesn’t let me post it.
The store is not busy, so they should be able to have time to clean up, and such sanitary conditions are very irresponsible for the health of our consumers!

Lady that attended us today was incredibly accommodating and saved us a ER visit.
Gave us a free ice cone when I passed by and explained we had a passenger with low blood sugar.
Got us out of the woods after hours of struggles on our own bringing sugar back up.
Thank you for being a life saver, a kind, thoughtful and an incredible human being.

The quality of the food continues to go down and the price somehow goes up.
Less than 10% of the time I get food here it is actual warm.
Ridiculous to charge that much for food that is served not freshly made.
The chicken nuggets taste like cardboard these days and are never hot.
