I recently visited the McDonald's at Tower Plaza and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience. 🌟

During a late-night stop, the drive-thru was a bit slow, but the food was freshly made and delicious! I ordered a Big Mac, but they forgot the special sauce - it took a long time to resolve. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and handled it well, turning a frustrating moment into a positive one.

However, I did notice that the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. At one point, they mixed up my kids' orders, which added to the chaos. A little more training would go a long way! Overall, hot food but room for service improvement... 🍔
