Good McDonald in Springfield! Toilets doors are lock n need to ask staff press button to access! Very inconvenient! Many people have to kick the door before realize this! They should put up notices! Also sandwiches here not hot enough! This is no good

This is a weird place.
Seating is for more than 70 people as much as I counted, and there's more.
They had 12 recepticals.
And all of them were off.
I told them maybe breaker is tripped of off.
They said sorry we can't turn them on.
And then I see a rule 30 minutes time limit while consuming food....
What in the world....

I had asked the lady for a refill for the first time and she gave me a dirty look and proceeded to bag food.
I then told her my fiance just purchased it and she still looked at me as if she didn't care about what I said.
I'm a type 1 diabetic being denied service that was just paid for then employees will bad talk about customers in Spanish, this place has very rude workers and some are sweet and respectful.
