I don't understand why so many people give Ho Mei bad reviews.
So far, it is my favorite Chinese food in Springfield.
Is it fancy? No.
However, it is quality food and really affordable.
The gentleman who is usually at the front desk is very friendly and his service is great.
If you go there as much as I do, they will remember your face and likely your order (if it stays the same).
Definitely recommend!

I always order delivery if you do t tip then they’ll knock on the door again and ask for tip if you tip them too little they ask if that’s it absolutely ridiculous lmfao like pls tf do you know if this all I got damn and the food is not worth it at all save yall money all these folks lying go down the road to Chins Kitchen no delivery little pricey but the food is amazing and always fresh 👌🏼

Sorry about the inconvenience, if you are complaining about the tips.
We are not allowed any driver to ask a customer for tip, we are not giving them permission for that, giving tips are up to customers, I know a lot of people are not tips.
It’s okay, if you see the driver asking you for tip you can call to us and we will warned them.

Food is always delicious and staff/delivery drivers are professional and friendly.
