I’m not going to say that I was expected great service considering that it is low paid job, but seriously 15 min waiting for coffee and fries.
Especially when coffee was ready when I came to pick up my mobil order. I’ve lost my order number because I had to restart the app.
I came to ask about the order and said that I lost my number. Response: it’s coming 5min later I found the number in my email.
Went to the counter and give my number. Response: it’s not ready yet About 10 min later they decided to ask me what I was waiting for and then said that they called my name 15 min ago.
Well ok I understand that you don’t care at all but I asked 2 times after you called my name.

This is my first ever 2 star review. I stopped in for a quick bit, or so I thought.
I had no issue with the food or the face that there was a wait.
What I had an issue with was the one male working the counter was more interested in flirting with the girl with pink hair working the fry machine that he had customers waiting for him to stop talking to her just to get them items he left off their order.
At one time I was able to finally get the pink haired girls attention and I told her I was missing a coke.
She told him and he went on flirting.
I finally got his attention and told him I still needed my coke and he turned around and asked someone else to get it and went right back to his flirting.
I do not think that his actions or lack there of reflects the overall workers at this location, but at the end of the day his actions are reflected in the review ratings that myself and others have given.
The food is great, certain staff at this location not so much.

This store is appalling, the customer service skills the staff working here have is unbelievable, i have never in my life quite experienced anything so poor! If i could have given 0 starts i would have.
To be quite honest the staff that work here are an embarrassment to the Mcdonald's chain.
I asked for my burger with only cheese as i do in every other Mcdonald’s and my burger came out with a plain sticker on it but had onions in it, which i understand mistakes are made coming from a hospitality background myself so i took the burger back and simply asked for it to be plain as requested originally.
Whilst stood at the counter the staff are speaking in a different language and laughing and pointing at myself whilst remaking my burger.
I understand diversity and language barriers but the individuals could clearly speak english as did to myself and was choosing to show nothing but disrespect towards me and other customers.
Once i received my burger to my shock it was incorrect another two times which I then sent my partner to the counter to have it remade a 4th time as i felt so belittled and disgusted in the service i had received already.
To which he was then treated with the same level of poor customer service.
Throughout my time here i continuously looked from a manger i could pull aside and discuss these issues with but it was no suprise that none were anywhere to be seen.
I strongly advise someone looks into the issue within this Mcdonald’s chain as from other reviews i can see multiple other people have had the same issues i have experienced today.
I am well and truly appalled by my experience and will never be returning to say the least!!!
