This McDonalds is a disaster since it opened.
Orders are wrong and service is inadequate.
I agree that some workers try, but this is on management and especially the corporation. The photo attached shows what McDonalds thinks of you as a customer: zero interaction if possible.
You can’t even get a napkin here, no drink refills, and if you want to talk to any staff member, the customer needs to walk around the register (so weird) or yell for assistance. I’m absolutely done with this company in general.
They admittedly pushed their prices so high to test customers, constantly push their stupid app, and now the dining in experience is actually insulting. I wish Americans made choices to be more stingy with their money when it comes to bad value and service, but nope, we keep paying more for less and worse.

Worst McDonald's Ive ever been to.
Went through drive thru.
Small order double cheese burger, 6 nuggets and Dr Pepper.
Took my money gave me receipt all while looking at his co workers phone.
I sat there maybe a minute.
Then I was told pull up my order wasnt ready.
As I sat there I counted 7 car come order, pay and receive their food.
Finally after 10 minute I got my order.
Cheeseburger was a mess and cold 6 piece nugget was only 5 piece My ketchup and buffalo sauce not in bag Dr.
Pepper had four pieces of ice After 10 minutes you think they would double, triple check the order.👎🏾 Skip this location if possible.
I hope the manager reads this and takes a good look at their customer service again.

Used the app in the drive-thru which simplified everything.
Took no time at all for the order.
Only knocking a star on service because I ordered three cookies and only got two.
But the meal was as expected and served nicely hot.
