I stumbled upon Alataco today, and it truly felt like a hidden gem! 🌮 The pastor tacos were absolutely incredible - cooked fresh and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the green hot sauce that added the perfect kick! The cozy, casual atmosphere made it easy to chat with the friendly team running the food truck.
Sure, the surrounding construction can be a bit distracting, but the food is beyond worth it! I can't wait to return for breakfast soon... 🍳🥑
