I arrived at the dirtiest McDonalds that I have ever been in today.Staff was outside entrance smoking a cigar and blocking door, I had to ask them to move.I made my way up to the cash register, there was no one in line.Neither cash register was online and even though I heard an employee in back yell that I was there, no one came to the register for over 5 minutes.When the employee finally arrived, she was on the phone and waited another 2 minutes to tell me that I should use the automated kiosk to place my order and refused to take my order at the register.I’m almost happy they did not take my order as the food service was probably bad as well.
Veggie Mac?? Who would serve a Big Mac with no meat I felt highly disrespected like it was a prank… I can’t see myself coming here or buying anything for my kids here again.
2nd time there in our 6 week stay at UAB and it will be our last, regardless how long we're here.I ordered via my app and it was terrible, they couldn't find my order, even taking my husband's phone to the manager, who acted like he was lying about it, took an additional 15+ minutes for a SEC Mcgriddle and hotcakes with sausage...ugh, my egg was burnt but the sausage was good
