Order their #7 - 2 cheese burger meal, [both burgers plain] why is it that the drive thru cashier puts in the order of I burger plain and the 2nd burger plain and no meat. What kind of game are they running over there. Who does that. And you can't call the restaurant bc no one answers the phone. And I couldn't return bc I was already on my way out of state. It's not that hard to place an order and to complete the order correctly. This is a STAFF & MANAGEMENT issue that is continuously being executed at all levels. Thank you for ruining my lunch.
I went there 1 hour before they closing and stayed at the cashier side waited to someone ask me if I need anything...so I had to install the app and order from there after 10 minutes of waiting. Later on I received barely cooked meat and cold cheese...
I ordered 3 happy meals for my kids.They were super hyped for squishmellow toys that were advertised.I even ASKED the girl at the pick up window if the squishmellow toys are contained in the happy meals.She confidently replied yes. I asked for 1 happy meal with a cheeseburger with only ketchup, and chocolate milk in one of them.The cheeseburger had onions, and even after scraping them off the best I could, my kid said he wasn't enjoying it.There was no chocolate milk in this happy meal.He's upset. For the other two happy meals ( chicken nuggets ): No sauce packets were included with them.Whatever.That's been the norm lately, I guess. As I'm typing this, my kids are upset and frustrated after waiting almost 15 minutes in a drive through line plus more waiting out front.They WERE excited about squishmellows....but out of three happy meals...only ONE had a squishmellow toy.The other two had Crash Bandicoot cards ( what in the world?! Who cares about those characters anymore?! ).They were incredibly disappointed. I didn't enjoy the damage control I had to do tonight.Whoever happens to be reading this: take my advice and open up your happy meals before driving off.Check every single thing carefully.Tonight's experience was awful.
