Con Yapa is a cozy spot that brings authentic Peruvian flavors to Staten Island! I tried the ceviche mixto, and it truly transported me back to Peru with every bite. The generous portions of the Arroz con mariscos were just as impressive. While the wait time was about 20 minutes on a busy Sunday, it was absolutely worth it. I also appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or casual dining. They don’t serve beer, but BYOB is a fun option! Highly recommend checking this place out... 🥘
