Matador East in Portland is a delightful gem! 🌮 On my visit, I ordered the carne asada fajitas, and they were incredibly tender with a fantastic marinade. The ambiance is cozy and trendy - especially loved the dim lighting and candles!
We made a point to try their happy-hour nachos with added ground beef, which were a great deal. The service was spot-on this time around, and the staff was genuinely friendly. Just a heads-up, happy hour pricing is food-only, but it's worth it! Can't wait to go back for another flavorful meal! 🍹✨
