Innovative French cuisine in the style of Le Pigeon. Le Pigeon presents adventurous French-inspired cuisine, characterized by its unique creativity and originality.
Enjoy a diverse selection of wines in the intimate setting of its East Burnside Street location in Portland. Their Chef's Tasting Menu promises a complete journey with nine courses, starting from amuse-bouche to petits fours. The dishes are visually appealing, almost like paintings on plates! I was impressed by the friendly and excellent full service, as well as the quality and flavors of the dishes.

French, but not dogmatically so. Each dish is a creative combination of ingredients and textures.
And the meal always fits together like a wonderful story. Great for a special occasion.
