Pizza was burnt.
Very bad quality and Mr.
Dave who said he was the owner, refused a refund and made excuses as to why.
This was a very bad experience with bad customer service.
He offered to replace only but mentioned, it must be within the same week.
If I did not order this week,(2/21/2024) he would not honor it.
He had a very bad attitude and said he had to work 7 days out of the week, so he was not giving a refund.
You just don't treat customers that way.
Beware! The pictures speak for themselves.
I ordered online on your website.
I did not order through Door dash, that is your 3rd party that picks the order up.
You told me that I had to get the pizza this week nothing about 2 weeks, that is a lie.
The bottom line, you do not treat customers the way you did today.
Truthfully this is the first issue I've had with Market Street Pizza.
I have always enjoyed it.
Today the quality was not good.
I simply called to let you know that to be greeted with bad customer service.
You definitely handled this call the wrong way! Please treat the next customer better when they have an issue.
That is burnt pizza below.

Ornelas, Unfortunately, your review is the furthest from the truth and facts.
Here are the facts as stated.
1.
You ordered pizza through Door Dash pick-up.
Your order came into our kitchen from Door Dash.
2.
You called and stated the pizza's were burned ( they were not, look at the photos) 3.
You requested a refund.
It's not that we refused to give you a refund.
I explained that since you ordered through a 3rd party ( Door Dash) you would need to call them because you paid them, not us.
Again, you didn't believe me & refused to agree thats who you ordered from & called me a liar.
4.
I offered to remake your pizza today, you declined.
I than offered to remake them within the next two weeks, which is totally reasonable.
5.
After our phone conversation I called Door Dash myself on your behalf and requested they give you a refund.
They tried to call you two times to let you know they were refunding your order and you didn't answer, they also sent you an email with this information.
Furthermore, We play a major role in our community and pride ourselves on over the top food and superior customer service.
All of the wonderful reviews you read on Google, Yelp, etc are from our staffs hard work to ensure every customer recieves personalized service.

Update: I spoke to Dave (The owner) and talked through the situation with him.
He was very understanding and resolved my issue.
He really cares about his customers and strives to put his whole team's best foot forward.
10/10 service and I am more than happy to frequent this location! My favorite pizza place 🍕

My absolute favorite place for wings in north Austin.
This mom and pop shop's wings are just an appetizer but enough to fill a grown man up. I always get 6 Hot and 6 Sweet Fire wings with their jalapeno ranch to treat myself after a hard day.
The staff is always super nice when you call to pick up your order and the owner is a very kind gentleman who you can tell really cares about the customer's experience in every way. The buffalo chicken pizza is also the best I've ever had.
However, I always just eat the leftovers from my friend that forgets it at my house, so that should speak to how it is fresh. I will always recommend this place for some juicy WAP (wings and pizza).
