Maribu's Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem in El Paso! 🌮 The gorditas and enchiladas are simply delicious, bursting with authentic flavors. I particularly loved the horchata - it’s refreshing and not overly sweet. The atmosphere is cozy, making it perfect for solo dining or family gatherings.
