KFC on Joe Battle Blvd in El Paso offers that beloved comfort food vibe, but my recent visit left much to be desired.
I ordered their classic chicken sandwich and was disappointed to find a cold, chewy piece of chicken on stale bread. The fries were equally subpar - old and hard. There was a long wait at the drive-thru, which felt unnecessary since the place was mostly empty.
While the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, the service could seriously use an upgrade. I hope they fix these issues because I want to love KFC again... 🍗
