I recently dined at Koze and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere is trendy and cozy, perfect for a casual evening out. We opted for the hibachi grill, which was entertaining, though our chef was a bit inexperienced and the wait for food was longer than expected.
I enjoyed the BBQ salmon and California sushi rolls - both were delicious! 🍣 The shrimp tempura, however, was a tad greasy.
The service could use improvement; our waitress was slow in taking our order and checking in. That said, the cocktails were refreshing, and the beer selection was impressive! I might give Koze another try someday, but I’ll likely explore other hibachi spots in El Paso
