WOW WOW WOW! The value of this place was better than any of the places we ate at while in NYC (and we ate at some high profile places!). This restaurant takes the GOLD medal for its marriage of taste & service. Can't say enough about this place. Come here and eat...and still have money left afterwards. And if you know NYC eating, great food at inexpensive pricing is almost unheard of...
I have to give it one star because the food was great however customer service was dreadful. From beginning to end I did not have a great experience. The young lady at the entrance was not very welcoming or inviting. When I asked about the menu options she seemed bothered by that. Also the chili oil had no chili peppers in it.But what really did it for me was the dirty plates they placed on my table while I was eating.I had now lost my appetite.Really?! I Will not be returning here at all.
I've missed good Chinese food so much.We definitely ordered too much food but it was worth it.They were welcoming and our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. He gave us a heads up that the pork buns would take 15 minutes, but we were okay with that and said to serve each dish as it was ready rather than strictly appetizers first, then entrees. We ordered the pork buns, the steamed soup dumplings with pork, black bean style chicken, and general tso's chicken.Everything came out very temperature hot but delicious. We got the black sesame rice balls to go.
