The is a hidden gem!! The customer service was the best here in DC so far, food was great! This is deffintly a place I'd recommend! Try the lunch specials! $11.
Magic Gourd is a little hidden gem just 10 minutes walk from Lincoln Memorial.Situated in a very convenient location and with affordable prices, we ended up there by chance after a long day of sightseeing and were pleased by the food and staff service was very quick and punctual.I had prawns and were nicely done.Menu options include main staples of Chinese cuisine.
It's hard to beat the $11 lunch special, which includes a nice selection of entrees and a cup of soup. I had Won Ton Soup and Chicken with Garlic Sauce. Close to the Foggy Bottom Metro and a great place to stop for lunch on the way to or from the Vietnam Memorial, especially if you're on a budget.
