Mad Knight Brewing Company is a hidden gem in Chattanooga! 🤩 Nestled in a cool, old building, it's a bit tricky to find (look for the gravel driveway next to the blue house), but once you're there, the atmosphere is welcoming.

I enjoyed a refreshing light lager and a rich Irish dry stout during my visit, both expertly crafted by the hobbyist owner. Plus, I loved how dog-friendly it is; my pup Nellie had a blast with "Caution," the owner's charming dog! 🐶

The friendly vibe, unique beer options, and engaging conversations make it a must-visit! Cheers to great brews and good company! 🍻
