Had a great visit with some friends that live on Lookout Mountain. They chatted about this place for a month before we came and we were not disappointed.Food is pretty good, serving sizes are ample and the service is on point. I would recommend stoping in and giving them a shot. You will not be disappointed.
We went there for a date night dinner for the first time.We had heard good things but were completely blown away. The atmosphere is amazing and the service is great. We had Clark as our server and he was very attentive and had great recommendations.I ordered the blueberry mezcal mule to drink.I will 100% order it next time we go.It was bubbly and refreshing. We started with the wedge salad and smoked wings. The dressing on the salad was really good and Smokey. The wings had a great pepper sweet flavor. For the main we got the Bavette steak and a side of frites. Both were amazing! The flake salt mixed with the seasoned char on the steak kept you coming back for more. All we could talk about during dinner was how good it was and who we wanted to bring next time we come.
As a native Tennessean gone Texan I expected to really enjoy this place.Tequila and ribs? Hell yes.Sadly that was not the case. The drinks are fine. The tortillas are very well made, especially for Chattanooga. But the pork ribs had absolutely zero flavor despite being mezcal soaked. Not even hot sauce and the sauce of the day could remedy the lack of flavor. You have potential, but please go visit Texas and Mexico and learn what to expect when you advertise a restaurant this way.
