I had the Catfish strips and fried shrimp.
It was excellent and can't wait to go there again.
On the down side the green beans were so bland almost inedible.
Take out only and incredibly busy on Friday night.

I ordered takeout, the food was fresh, on-time, and absolutely delicious.
There used to be a location on the Missouri side years ago, but it’s been closed.
I definitely had a nostalgic moment while enjoying my pound of basa with hot sauce! It’s been years since I’ve had Mad Jack’s and it was exactly how I remembered it to be, I will definitely be back!

Very sweet young woman at the register.
Food is made to order--in our case, about a 15 minute wait.
Fried fish and okra hit the spot, and the greens and peach cobbler were pretty good.
Gumbo was passable with the addition of hot sauce.
Mac and cheese was very bland and had no perceptible cheese flavor.
We ordered cornbread but possibly received lemon cake, as it tasted nothing like cornbread, only vaguely sweet.
We didn't get the hush puppies we had ordered.
If I go again, it would be for the fish and fried okra.
