I recently visited MAD Greens in Fort Collins after hearing great things, and I wasn’t disappointed! 🌿 I ordered the Berry Boost salad - what a delight! The pecans added a fantastic crunch, and the large portion made for a satisfying meal.

The atmosphere is trendy and casual, perfect for a quick lunch after work. The service was impressively fast, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Plus, I loved that I could customize my meal - hummus as a dressing is a clever touch! I’ll definitely be back to try more from their delicious menu! 🌟
