I recently dined at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Fort Collins, and it was a delightful experience! 🌟
We started with the chicken tortilla soup, which had a lovely avocado surprise at the bottom. For my main, I opted for the Chipotle Cherry Salmon, and I highly recommend asking for extra chipotle sauce - it’s a game changer! The asparagus and quinoa paired perfectly as well.
The salted caramel pazookie was a highlight - definitely share it unless you dare to indulge! 🍪
Our server, Courtney, was attentive and made the evening even better. The casual yet trendy atmosphere made it a fun spot. Can’t wait to come back!
