Cool place.
Food smells and looks amazing.
Being that I only deliver from here frequently, I have seen almost all the items on the menu.
THEY COME AS ADVERTISED of BETTER LOOKING.
Service could improve but due to the high density of customers in a relatively low capacity business, one could expect this issue to arise.
If you like loudness and strangers and EXTREMELY tasty chicken, become a customer.

After a looong day in Milwaukee, I had DoorDash deliver food from Mad Chicken.
Our order was complete, correct, and the food was still hot when we received it.
My son is a chicken tender connoisseur and he really enjoyed his food.
I ordered a mad bowl and wasn’t disappointed.
The Mac n cheese was not dry and the chicken was moist and flavorful.
We also ordered cheese curds and let’s face it, when in Wisconsin, you HAVE to try the cheese curds.
They were so good! I was wishing I had bought two orders.
We’d definitely go here again for a quick meal when in the area.

I ordered food from uber eats and it took over an hour and a half to receive.
It wasn't the carriers fault though, because they told me they were yelled at for asking for the order and yelled at again that my order wasn't ready, even though it was.
My food came cold and soggy.
The onion rings I got were practically inedible.
However the mad bowl was actually good, i got it with the honey garlic sauce and the boneless wings were fine.
Overall, terrible experience and will not be ordering here again.
