Machetes Gourmet is a fantastic find for anyone craving authentic Mexican food in Denver! 🌮 We tried the queso fundido with chorizo, and it was pure heaven - so cheesy and flavorful! The chorizo taco with mango salsa was also a standout, bursting with deliciousness.

Service was friendly and efficient, making the experience all the more enjoyable. While seating is limited since it's a food truck, the atmosphere is casual and laid-back.

Don’t skip the fruitas margarita; it packs a punch without being too sweet! Perfect for a quick bite or family outing. Can't wait to return! 🎉
