Ordered online.Picked up in the store.Ordered a thin crust spinach and feta pizza and chicken carbonara pasta.When I picked up the pizza and got back to work and open the pizza box, the pizza was burnt.I called the store and talked to the manager Araceli.I told her that my pizza was burnt.She told me that she doubted that my pizza was burnt.I asked her if she could make me another one and I will come back to pick it up.She told me NO and that she wanted to see the pizza first.I got back to the store and showed her the pizza.She said, that's what you ordered.I told her that I didn't order a burned pizza.I asked her repeatedly if she thought the pizza burned.She wouldn't answer me but she did say "If the pizza was burnt, you wouldn't have eaten any".I told her that I bought it for a couple of warehouse employees at work and they were on lunch break and had to return to work and hadn't eaten so they took a small piece with them back to work. She refused to make me another pizza other than the same one that I had ordered.I asked for a refund and I had to complete another transaction to order another pizza to go. This manager definitely needs to learn people skills and should attend a seminar on his to manage a restaurant and deal with customers.I hope she doesn't treat her employees with the same bad attitude that she treated me with.
Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone, food was ready in ~10 minutes, and the pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients! I have never had a problem with the food quality from this location and the kitchen looks clean.The staff attitudes can sometimes be a bit rude, but this time everything was great so credit where it’s due.
Service awful I ordered a Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza and the order was all wrong I called to tell them the issue behind this and the manager was very rude- claiming she would resend the pizza.When the delivery guy came, they wanted the return of the pizza and left when I didn't wish to offer it back due to the oddity of the situation. I called to get my money back and the manager told me to just get over it and it wasn't her problem anymore despite no warning of the return and no apology of the order error.Don't recommend eating here if manager is rude and would appreciate proper help.
