September 17, 2024Machete Taqueria is an absolute gem in Columbus! 🌟 Nestled in a convenience store parking lot, this food truck serves some of the best Birria tacos I’ve ever had - perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavors.
The chicken and steak quesadillas were delightful as well.
The outdoor seating is a nice touch, though it can get crowded.
Service was friendly and efficient, and I loved that my orders were always spot on!
If you’re craving delicious Mexican comfort food, don’t miss this spot. Can’t wait to return for more! 🌮✨
