the atmosphere was warm, inviting and quirky.maybe a little back in time. Haley was delightful and quick to get what we needed.the food was delish.I had the Prime rib and was tender and very tasty. my wife had the tenderloin and loved it.
Our meal was a mixed bag, starting well with Brussels sprouts that soon became overwhelmed by their too-strong sauce.My honey sriracha chicken sandwich had a nice taste but was let down by its greasiness and the chicken patty wasn't as tender as expected.The curried chickpea burger ordered by my husband was particularly disappointing, being both dry and overly dominated by curry flavour.
Lucky Horse is my new favorite burger joint.They don't ask how you'd like the burger cooked...which I like.They cook them perfect every time.There are great options on the menu and their seasoned fries are amazing! Good local beer selection and amazing, courteous staff.Bummer they charge the 2.75% for credit card payments though.
