This location do not accept refunds and they sell you bad quality food.
My Long John Silver fish was not fried crispy.
My KFC Chicken nuggets were soft, not crispy.
Fries were undercooked.
Biscuit was undercooked, I had to spit it out because the dough texture.
I ask for a Mountain Dew and was giving a watery sprite.
I always eat at this location and when the older employees are there the food be good.
These younger employees are inexperienced and simply don't care what they serve.
I wonder how Long John Silver feels about employees serving their food out of KFC boxes.

Was out near this KFC for a training and decided to stop in.
Customer service was lacking.
As I handed cash to the employee I was told they couldn't accept it because "it wasn't their drawer." Luckily I was with someone with a card to use as I only had cash today. My Famous Bowl was actually really good and my coworkers enjoyed their food as well.

The food was good.
But the service was the slowest I have ever experienced.
20 minutes from placing order.
To get the product.
Can't blame the workers.
Only two of them.
.blame yum brands(yum) on the NYSE.
And ljs partners.
It was a long wait.
But the clerk gave me an extra piece of chicken.
Right on....
The place was nearly empty..
there is a reason for that.
But it is not the workers fault.
Could tell they were very stressed.
And they put a sign on the counter.
Warning everyone.
They were in for a long wait.
Those workers are champs.
I will return.
I wish them happy hunting for crew members.
