Tried to order extra cocktail sauce was told to ask for it at the next window when I did I was told they won't give extra cocktail sauce unless I pay for it but I tried to order it.Before that unpleasant interaction though when I tried to tell the cashier I wanted hot sauce ranch and cocktail sauce he just closed the window in my face.Then when handing me the bag I felt there was enough for any of those things to be there I was given a lecture.Then I got home to find out they DOUBLE charged me.I went back for a refund and was told I'll need to wait until the general manager was there.Then I called customer service and was told if I wanted a refund I had to dispute the charge bc their machines are messing up and it's accidentally double charging people and the only solution they are willing to offer for the inconvenience is no solution.Literal worst customer service ive ever experienced.Literally the most incompetent company I've dealt with in years.

My order was wrong after verifying it multiple times even before driving away.Does not replace the incorrect order only sends out the part that’s missing.So now half the order is cold.No apologies for my order being wrong or having to come back.I thanked them and did not complain yet I felt as though I had inconvenienced them versus the other way around.While I’m running back and forth to get my husbands order corrected, my chilli cheese dog is getting soggy and cold as well.Which, turns out I wouldn’t have eaten anyway because she’s I’m not going to eat a hot dog with canned liquid cheese on it.All around waste of money with bad food and bad experience.

Food: was good, best of all it was fresh and hot. Service:Due to the line length at the drive thru I ordered inside to take out.The individual taking orders spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience, and pretty much threw my food to me.Past visits and this visit the location was just totally packed at drive thru and the Dine in.Since this location has always been great in all areas I just chalked it up to the absolute packed crowd. *** Cleanliness**** Very clean restaurant and restroom. Atmosphere: it was that of a very busy restaurant which it was. If you crave LJS..this is a good location. The small glitch in Service is the only reason I'm giving it a 4 (doesn't allow a 4.5)
