Lolita’s was a great experience.
The food was absolutely delicious.
I ordered the chicken tacos.
They were so flavorful and chicken was perfectly cooked.
Prices were immaculate and the kindness of the owner extends miles, she was a sweetheart! Lolita’s is without a doubt a new staple for me.

All in all I'd say it's a solid 4.4, almost 5 stars.
They have a good selection, good pricing, great service and quite a few seats for a taco truck.
They even have a covered area with a few tables in it and a table outside to enjoy the day. All tacos were good.
The pork both Adobada and Carnitas were very yummy.
If I was only going to grab 4 tacos I would probably go 2 & 2.
The Quesabirria and Lengua were also very good, those would be the 5th and 6th.
Asada was not bad, just basic, fairly normal for Taco places in the Valley. They had a green salsa that was very mild, but also not too flavorful.
The red was good and the orange habanero salsa was what brought the asada to life.
Very close to 5 ⭐️, just needs a little more to get it there.

Definitely some of the best tacos in Boise!! Fast and inexpensive at two dollars a taco! Which makes it cheaper and easier than eating at home. We are so lucky to have this so close to Boise State University.
You won't regret trying this place.
