First time trying this place out, and loved it.
I'm been searching for a good Hawaiian BBQ, and I found it! Their chicken katsu, amazing! The breading was full of flavor, and a little spicy as well, which made it even better! Definitely bringing my wife the next time.

Went here to grab a quick dinner with my maternal parental unit.
She has never had Hawaiian food before.
Needless to say, the Spam Musubi was a big hit with her.
Their musubi sauce is fantastic!! For those who don't know what this is, it's a slice of Spam fried placed between blocks of cooked rice wrapped together with nori(paper-thin seaweed like sushi roller, or Onigri) I'm not a Spam Musubi person so I had a couple of other items from their menu.
Like their Kalhua Pork and Cabbage and Mixed BBQ plate.
Both excellent choices.

This is our 2nd time coming to an L&L.
I wanted to give it a 2nd chance because I didn't have a good experience the 1st time. The staff was polite.
The prices were pretty crazy high.. We ordered: • Spam Saimin ($7) -little mushy, broth has no tatse..we had to add shoyu; wish the spam was cut instead of just being one big thick piece.
The amount was decent...but not worth the $7 •Chicken Katsu musubi ($3)- the nori was tough to bite thru..but the katsu was crispy and surprisingly good.
But the piece was a little small.. ▪︎Portuguese Sausage musubi ($3)-small and the flavor was strange - I couldn't describe it.
The nori was tough. ▪︎Gravy Fries ($7)- I expected a lot more..no flavor to the gravy.
The fries were fine. I wish I had a better experience as this is an old staple restaurant that we used to go to in Hawaii and right now the tastes and flavors are going downhill in my opinion.
Again this is just my experience.
