Little Caesars Pizza

By far the worst little ceasars in Chicago.
Waited hours for a pizza today that I never received.
Didn't even get a refund, I gave up and just left.
Some employee came out front yelling at all the customers saying that there was a problem with the employees and she is just at the location helping out.
She told all the customers to just cancel their orders because she wanted to go home.
This restaurant needs to be closed.
I heard from some other customers that this is the normal service provided at the location.
For about 45 minutes no employees came to the front of the store.
Customers were out front stealing sodas.

I put in an order at 11am to pick up at 12.
Not only was I waiting for my pizza another 40 minutes in store but they made it wrong and made me wait another 30.
It was well past 1pm when I finally got my pizza, which was wrong again.
I gave up on even trying to get the right pizza at this point.
They offered me a refund or to take the wrong pizza but that they weren’t going to make it again.

Online Order was wrong, took it back, they remade it wrong again.
Manager was unfriendly and acted like it was my fault.
Refused to give me store or district manager name or number.
Said I could call customer service but he didn't have that number, I could just google it.
Photo added, every item from each side put on the whole pizza making it so full dough was raw.
