I arrived 36 minutes before closing, eager for a Pepperoni ExtraMost Bestest, but was informed that custom orders were unavailable. Instead, I was offered a pizza that had been sitting out, which just didn't satisfy my craving.
On a positive note, when the pizza is fresh, it’s quite tasty. Perhaps they could improve by ensuring every customer can order right until closing...
Overall, I hope they can better manage customer service. 🍕
