Highly unsatisfied.I’ll actually never come back to this little Caesar’s.There is no concern for others time at this restaurant.I was told to pull forward and wait for my order.Which wasn’t an issue but after 8 cars and 30 mins later, I still hadn’t received my order! Once I attempted to get a refund, they tried giving me a pizza instead.At this point I no longer was interested in being a paying customer.I informed them that I no longer wanted the pizza.The cashier and Shelly then attempted to deny me a refund.The cashier presumably called the manager and said, “This lady in the drive through wants a refund and there’s nothing wrong with the pizza.” Then proceeded to tell me that if I came back, had to wait for a pizza, and requested a refund, that I would be denied that transaction.Thanks to this location, little Caesar’s enterprise will never get another dime from me! I will be escalating this matter to cooperate.
Quincia the new assistant manager is so fair ! A customer tried to take my order because they were in a hurry and tried to take my food.She's fat though maybe she could eat less in the back.Also if you piss her off she'll cut your pizza in a random shape.
So i order 2 pizza as well some crazy bread it took them 10min for it to be done as well The cashier was very kind and the place was clean
